For a truly relaxing vacation, enjoy your meals at the villa. Our excellent cook, Yolanda, prepares your breakfast and midday dinner. Her husband, Carlos, goes daily to the markets to shop for your fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood. You only pay for the cost of the food, their services are included. The cost savings of having your meals prepared at the villa, as opposed to eating at restaurants, is one of the great attributes of staying at Villa Paraiso.

Yolanda and Carlos are from Oaxaca so definitely request one of her Oaxacan specialties. You also need to try fresh seafood from Acapulco.

Yolanda’s special Rice

Please be respectful of our employees. Carlos and Yolanda have small children and need time for them. Their working hours are from 8 in the morning till six at night. They prepare your breakfast and lunch, which is the main meal in Mexico and usually served at 2pm. If you need Yolanda to prepare something for your evening meal, have her do it in the afternoon so that you can reheat it later. Please remember that tips are at your discretion but keep in mind that tips are an essential part of most Mexican workers income.
