Villa Paraiso Aca is a 3 level, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located in a gated, secured area. At Villa Paraiso Aca you will be provided with an excellent cook. Yolanda prepares Oaxacan, Mexican or American dishes but her specialty is fresh seafood. Carlos , her husband, goes to the markets every day to buy the fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood that you will be eating that day. Maid service is also provided along with all your daily amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels….
When you book the villa, you get the bedrooms that you booked and the entire villa for the use of your group. We don’t rent out the other bedrooms that you are not using, we don’t mix groups. Prices are based on double occupancy. If you need bedrooms of single occupancy, let us know and we will adjust the price accordingly.
We are located half-way between the hotel zone of Acapulco and the resort area of Pie de la Cuesta. You can see from our drone photos that we have two other villas in our gated, secure compound and other than them, we have no close neighbors. The seclusion, the surrounding trees and foliage and the sound of the waves, create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation.
The villa overlooks our private beach, Playa Mimosa. The beach is used by local fishermen, our immediate neighbors and a few locals. It is safe for swimming on calm days. The cove is semi-protected from the waves but be careful, sometimes the waves are too powerful to swim enjoyably. The walk downhill takes 10 minutes and the return trip uphill is much more tiring. We have had guests in their eighties make the trip but it isn’t for the infirm.

The Seashell Suite and another room, usually the Honeymoon Suite, are included in the base price of $200. The base price of $200 includes up to 4 guests in any two rooms of your choice.
Prices are higher for three day weekends. Minimum stay is 2 nights, 3 nights on some holiday weekends and 5 nights for Easter, Christmas and New Year. The minimum price of $200 includes up to 4 guests in two rooms of your choice. Up to two children of 4 years and younger who sleep in the same room as their parents stay for free. The maximum number of guests that we can accommodate is 14
Honeymoon Suite

The Honeymoon Suite is our second most requested room. It is included with the Seashell Suite in your base price of $200. Base price of $200 includes up to 4 guests in two rooms of your choice. *
We do not mix groups. You have the use of the bedrooms that you reserve and all the common areas for the exclusive use of your group.
